Rosé Champagne
Rosé champagne is the wine world’s new “it” girl – the drink that everyone wants to be seen drinking this festive season. It has become so fashionable that it is the drink of choice for hedge fund managers taking their girlfriends out in the city, footballers’ wives and rap artists. Rosé champagne has bling.
Sake around the world
The fine and delicate flavours of sake, the Japanese rice-based beverage, makes it a particularly good companion for certain dishes whose flavours it brings to the fore. Following the sushi wave, the variations on the theme of sake have started to intrigue top chefs, from New York to Syndey, not to mention London and Paris.
